With over 25 years of experience, Brand-Jacobsen emphasizes the importance of grounding initiatives in robust evidence, engaging all relevant stakeholders, and maintaining honesty and realism to achieve meaningful impact. He addresses common misconceptions about evidence-based work and highlights the necessity of testing assumptions, fostering a community of practice, and mitigating the risks of false positives and negatives.
